Endodontic instruments
The wide range of instruments used in endodontics produced at our plant can help you to ensure the quality treatment of the dental caries complications - pulpitis and periodontitis, flling of the root canals. They have high fexibility and durability, are adapted to all geometric parameters of root canals. The basis of their creation served the results of medical studies of all possible and especially hard to reach areas and the topography of root canals.
Technical data
The working part of endocanal is made of corrosion-steel (of broaches- carbon steel), the instrument handles - are made of aluminum alloy with anodic-oxide coating. Instrument handles have color corresponding to the working diameter of the tool.
Disinfection
Instruments are disinfected with dry hot air at a temperature of 120 ° C, exposure time - 45 min.
Pre-sterilization cleaning
Rinse under running water for 0,5 ... 0,6 min., Soaking in the synthetic detergent solution at 40 ° C, exposure time - 15 min., Washing in the solution for 0,5 ... 0,6 min, rinsing under running water for 3 ... 4 min., rinsing with distilled water for 0,5 ... 0,6 min, drying with hot air at a temperature of 85 ° C until complete disappearance of moisture.
Sterilization
Dry hot air at a temperature of 180 ° C, holding time -60 min.

Barbed broaches are designed for single pulp removal from the root canal of the tooth. They are used clinically.
