BEZN-01 Desktop electric unit for dental laboratories

The dental unit for dental laboratories allows the machining of materials applied in the modem dentistry and combines the wide range of functional abilities and convenience in operation.
Technical advantages
The use of a reliable high-speed brush-free electric drive in the design of the dental unit ensures the stable number of rotations under the loading throughout the whole operation range.
The function of the reversible rotation is available.
The convenient illuminated display shows the number of rotations of the micromotor shaft.
The switching-on and stopping of the unit are assured by pressing the movable foot pedal or by using the  (START) switch on the front panel.
The system of control and the regime of the protection against the excessive loads on the micromotor shaft. The sound signal works when the overloading occurs.

 

Sensor switches ensure the smooth adjustment of the speed and the direction of the rotation.

Its design is based on an advanced principle of mounting the turbine (rotor block) on damping rings made of special materials that enables to obtain all the advantages of the NSTf-300 handpiece.

This is a new instrument for removing the calcareous deposits.
When designing and manufacturing the instrument the main attention was paid to the improvement of its durability and reliability.
This was achieved thanks to the new design of the system of the excitation of oscillations and the elimination of intermediate connections.

 

The instrument possesses the higher efficiency of removing the calcareous deposits and reduces to minimum the damage of the dental enamel due to the reduction of the amplitude of oscillations of the instrument by about 20 per cent.

Sterilization of handpieces
1. NEVER use dry heat sterilizers
2. After every use perform the disinfection, pre-sterilization cleaning and sterilization of the handpiece.
3. The handpiece is disinfected by two-time wiping of outer surfaces using I the napkins wetted with disinfecting 4% soluion of hydrogene peroxide.
4. The pre-sterilization cleaning of the outer surface of the handpiece is conducted with the napkin wetted in 70% solution of ethel alcohol.

 

Attention! It Is strictly prohibited to wash the handpiece with running water and to put It In vessels containing liquids.
5. For the sterilization the handpiece in a bag made of polyamid film or any I other heat-resistant film, put it inside an autoclave and keep it therein during 20 minutes at the temperature from +1300C ?? 1340C and the pressure 0.22 Mpa (2.2 kgf per square cm).
6. After the sterilization and cooling place the handpiece in a sealed package.
