Carbide cutters
Quality
The working portion of cutters is made of the best special-resistant fne-grained solid (tungsten carbide) alloy. It passes through specially worked out technological process of isostatic compaction of the structure and properties changing, which increases the wear resistance of the tool’s cutting edge to the maximum value.
The cutting edges are developed by diamond tools on modern machines with computer-controll «» an this resulted in a smooth transition from the radial side of the cutter’s working surface to the top.
All cutters with diameter up to 2,3 mm (inclusive) are made from solid feedstock of tungsten-carbide alloy.
The shank of the cutters with diameter bigger than 2,3 mm is made of special high-alloy steel capable of withstanding to arising during the work and bending the tool impacts.
The safe welded connection and the special design of the working portion transition into shank, create a zone of high reliability.
Perfect centering, combined with high resistance to bending prevents the beating of the tool on work surface.
The total control of the whole production process guarantees the quality of each individual instrument, adequate to highest technical requirements. |
Color coding, type of cutting teeth
Depending on the material being treated and the stage of its processing there should be used various types of cutters’ rifing.
Yellow
ISO 102; Single rifing of the cutters; very fne tooth size.
Used for very fne of all alloys, plastics and ceramics.

ISO 133; Ofne tooth size.
Used for fne processing of all metals, including titanium.
Blue
ISO 175; Single rifing of the cutters; medium tooth size.
Used for efcient processing of materials and obtaining smooth surfaces.
Green
ISO 215; Single rifing of the cutters, coarse tooth size.
Used for rapid processing of plastics and gypsum.
Black
ISO 222; Single rifing of the cutters. Extra coarse tooth size.
Used for the initial abrasive and simultaneous removal of a large excessive amount of material,
plaster or plastic.
Yellow
ISO 110, 141; Double rifing of the cutters (cruciform), very fne tooth size.
Used for fnishing ceramics, gold and alloys of precious metals.
Red
ISO 140; Double rifing of the cutters (cruciform),fne tooth size.
Used for fnishing of precious metals alloys, chromium-cobalt, chromium-nickel alloys, steel, and
also for fne processing of ceramics, shaping and contouring.
Blue
ISO 190, 220; Double rifing of the cutters (spiral transversal), fne tooth size.
Used for the processing of precious metals alloys, metal ceramics and titanium.
Green

Used for efective and qualitative processing of orthopedic structures made of plastic.
